{1st DAFFODIL & LOVE IN THE MAIL}


Spring must be in the air, as our very first daffodil did show up. It is so lovely that I want to share it with you, as well as two special gifts that came in the mail for me.
First of all I want to show you this special box that came all the way across the Atlantic Ocean, from Rotterdam in The Netherlands. Sweet Saskia from the blog Join my Joy ← (click it) transformed her favorite matchbox into a little present.


She than did mail it out to me; sans matches and tulip...


 Here it is; on my side of the Ocean and this matchbox does match my tablecloth!

This lovely red tin was a gift of LOVE from dear friend ENGRACIA; thanks a million too, for mailing that to me! Friends do sustain each other!

    so sweet that your friends have sent you that nice gifts. The matchbox is adorable and so nice with your tablecloth. And the Love-tin is just right for valentine's day. Enjoy those and the first daffodils (in this gorgeous rosevase). I wish we had spring and frist daffodils, too.

    My goodness, your table cloth has exactly the same print! I'm happy my little package arrived before Valentine's day and before your Birthday! I still like the idea that it was your birthday this month, since I didn't know.
