So FINALLY I will show you the BIG Reveal of Pieter's Completed Wood Trail Mega Task!
Pieter took these images last night after heavy thunder and thus dark weather.
That 'tricked' our Moonflower — Ipomoea alba, into opening up instead of waiting till dark!
Some insect seems to be snacking on its heart–shaped leaves...
They are gorgeous

DeleteYes, it was almost too much to start on but Pieter used the days that I was stuck in The Netherlands to the optimum. It is DONE and we both are very pleased with it.
That moonflower indeed is a jewel and so rewarding, IF it gets plenty to 'drink'...
