I hope that you are having a lovely long weekend! First off, thank you for these two charts—I am actually printing them both off as I type this to you. How helpful they are. Sometimes it's easy to forget all the essential things we need, especially when being quite busy. There are so many wonderful, natural solutions on this earth, and this is proof.
Many thanks for sharing this chart, it is wonderful. Shall print it off and put in the inside of my pantry door. Also how neat your little mushrooms growing in the garden are.
