This time I have for you some French Vintage Hand Crocheted Gloves. These cream colored, hand crocheted lace gloves from France are done in an intricate lace pattern. Like with the ones that I made myself, the center was done around a thicker thread. Only work for advanced crochet lace makers.
They are very feminine accessories...
Would work as a Bridal Glove for a small sized hand.
Or perfect for a First Communion.

Wundervoll, liebe Mariette! Unsereins hätte kaum Gelegenheit, solches zu tragen. Man würde es eher als Deko benutzen. Sie sehen sehr schön aus!
ReplyDeleteMeine Mutti besaß vor einer Weile dünne Baumwollhandschuhe von meiner Großmutter geerbt. Wir n annten sie Glacé-Handschuhe, obwohl diese ja eher aus Leder sind. Der Baumwollstoff war cremefarben und sehr fein. Unterwegs muß Mutti sie verloren haben. Sie trauert ihnen sehr nach. Ich weiß nicht, wo man so etwas noch finden kann und wie sie genau heißen. Großmutter nannte sie Glacé-Handschuhe.
