Prosit Neujahr Ihr Lieben, bleibt gesund und munter, habt viele glückliche und freudvolle Momente in 2021... Herzliche Grüße von Traudi.♥ aus Ostfriesland
Hello Mariette, Let's hope that 2020 and its restrictions have taught people how to relax a bit. I'm all for a peaceful and healing 2021, especially for you and Pieter! --Jim
Dearest Jim, Indeed let's hope that people once again learned about the true values in life. Once being stripped from your daily routine, it becomes obvious what is lacking! Wishing you a Happy and above all a Healthy 2021! Hugs, Mariette
I entered the New Year with the hope that it would be better and I would be able to safely meet my children, granddaughter and friends again. I dream about it, because it will help my double loneliness. Greetings.
Dearest Giga, So sorry for you and for so many others that have been forced into loneliness by the government officials. And yet, Australia kept the freedom for meeting with large groups and dining etc. May soon this will get restored! A tight hug for you, Mariette
Dearest Tamago, Thank you and indeed, both got spotted in the same town in Switzerland. Wishing you both and your fur babies the very best for 2021! Hugs, Mariette
Dearest Helen, Happy New Year to you and yours! Guess it is all up to ourselves if it will be relaxed. But important is to do the things we like and what is good for our health such as biking. It is raining here, so the biking is out of question... Hugs, Mariette
Dearest Rosemary, The very same to you and yours and keeping it more relaxed at a certain age is just a must. Good health is our biggest good! Hugs, Mariette
I have some relatives that get so drunk NYE that they do roll into the next year, after tripping, falling over and rolling down the grassy hill that is their frint yard..........lol
Happy New Year, Mariette. 2020 have told us that normal days are not the simple continuity but the historical accomplishment. The buck stops here. Wishing you good health in the New Year 2021.
Dearest RTC, Thank you! Guess 2020 has taught humanity that nothing is guaranteed in life. Wishing you and yours also good health for the New Year 2021! Hugs, Mariette
That's a pretty cute billboard. :) Slow, easy, peaceful is what we should all be striving for rather than racing like chickens with our heads cut off. Thank you, Mariette, for being a faithful blog friend and for all your heartfelt comments. I wish you and Pieter health and happiness in this new year. Take care.
Dearest Tammy, Thank you and it sure caught our attention when we walked there! Racing through life is never a good thing. We ought to savor the many little miracles around us in nature. You are one of few that have discovered that secret to true happiness. Aside from being a very loyal and meaningful blog friend. Wishing you and yours also good health and happiness for 2021! Hugs, Mariette
Dearest Travis, Yeah the banner photo is an edible one too; eating the chocolate word love is yummy. An old Dutch tradition for gifting chocolate letters, in milk and bittersweet. Wishing you a Happy New Year and good health for continuing your biking. Hugs, Mariette
