Sure, winter is not bad here in the South but still one has to be cautious at times due to our back problems.

Mariette, I'm still celebrating being off a walker after the pneumonia, so biking is the last thing on my list! Still, I'm so proud and happy for Pieter and you, my friend. Enjoy the milder temperatures South Georgia has to offer, and exercise in the "wild" to you heart's content.
