Hi, Dearest Mariette; Your Red Hibiscus - Rosa Sinensis is stunningly beautiful with wonderful pictures♪
ReplyDeleteI sent return mail (from your comment to me) to your I-phone. Oh, I knew about your accident through your comment for Tex’s. So sorry to hear about it, my friend. But it seems not so serious thing, is it...
Take Good Care, and hope you can have a bit of quiet time.
Sending Lots of Love and Hugs from Japan to my Dear friend in America, xoxo Miyako*

von Traudi
Liebe Traudi,
DeleteDanke es ist eine sehr schöne Hibiskus!
Liebe Grüße,
Mariette
What a lovely flower!! I used to have two plants, but the frost killed them both.
ReplyDeleteAs for your Devil's walkingstick, I don't know if it exists in Greece, but its flowers look like the sambucus a little.
All the best!
Marie-Anne
Dearest Marie-Anne,
DeleteThank you and we do have to shelter this variegated red flowering beauty from frost as well!
The Devil's-walking stick looks indeed familiar to the Sambucus but the fact that it blooms late in summer sets it apart from the spring blooming elderberry.
Just wrote to Dimi that today they let me go home but I do have to stay one more day on antibiotics since the wound still looks angry...
Hugs,
Mariette
Liebe Mariette,
ReplyDeletedie Farbe des Hibiscus ist wunderschön. Ich habe mir in diesem Jahr
einen Hibiscus in orange geleistet. Sieht auch gut aus.
Einen schönen Abend wünscht Dir
Irmi
Liebe Irmi,

Mariette
That is such a beautiful hibiscus. The red color is amazing!
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry about your accident - I hope you heal quickly and feel better.
Please take care.
Dearest Tamago,
DeleteWith the full sunlight the red came out brilliant indeed and made it look exotic.
Well I was told that today I could go home but my doctor came to seeme once more and from the photo I'd taken after they removed the dressing, he said it still looks too angry... No more pain since the surgery so that is fine!
Hugs,
Mariette
Dearest Mariette,
ReplyDeleteWhat a beauty! You have such pretty plants and flowers to show us. I assume that it's a tropical hibiscus so I would have to winter it over inside.
Enjoy the week end!
Dearest Suzi,
DeleteYes you assumed right as this is a tropic beauty that even needs shelter inside our greenhouse.
Well I not really enjoyed my weekend in the hospital but tomorrow they will let me go home!
Hugs,
Mariette
Was hattest du denn ???
Mariette
Another beautiful photo Mariette! Lovely colour! Mei
