{1947-1952 Vintage French CR Crystal Lampe Berger}

Another Vintage French Lampe Berger for showing you. This time it is the Crystal CR 1947-1952 Lampe Berger from the book: Lampes Berger A Century of History by Gérald Vilcocq on page 120 and also shown on page 202 in the listing.
Quite fittingly for a French Lampe Berger, to sit on  the French Fleur de Lys...
This is a perfect crystal Lampe Berger with original stopper, cap, stone and wick.
A very rare find and available at Spectrenoir.
Different view for showing the beautiful crystal.
For half a century of use... still looking great!
Its old patina I did not remove, that is up to the new owner.
Love its ajoured brass stopper...
Unique for having this one still complete like shown here.
A dream for any collector.
Engraved in the brass is Lampe Berger and on the other side, made in France.
This is shown on page 120 of the book: Lampes Berger A Century of History by Gérald Vilcocq.
This is on page 202 in the listing...
Taken with my iPhone as my scanner is in use for slides. Sorry about that!
Does any of you have such half a century old French Lampe Berger?

{1950s Camille Tharaud Limoges Lampe Berger with Violets}

From France I like to show you these two vintage 1950s Camille Tharaud Limoges Lampe Berger with Violets. They both are in perfect condition, complete with brass crown, snuff cap and wick. One of them even has the older ajoured brass crown. Very rare and sought after collectors items. French Monsieur Gérald Vilcocq, did write the hardcover book: >Lampes Berger A Century of History. You don't need to go all the way to France but just shop on line at my Zen Cart on line Boutique Mariette's Back to Basics  for these unique pieces. World-Wide Shipping!
Both are sold out...
Those brass ajoured crowns have their vintage patina.
In the center I placed a Baccarat vase with ribbon violets, made by Dana from Lambs and Ivy Designs. You ought to see her work as it is incredible. Look on Pinterest: Lambs and Ivy Designs Ribbonwork
The heart that loves is always young...
Look at the hand painting on those beautiful Limoges porcelain Lampe Berger.
They are slightly different, indicating their hand work. The ajoured crown lampe, to the right, is slightly taller and also the porcelain lampe base has a nice gilded edge around its neck.
Their shape is also slightly different. But they are without any scratch or whatsoever; perfect pieces for their age.

Tell me, do you own any vintage Lampe Berger?
And if you are not familiar with the Lampe Berger usage, watch this educational video from Lampe Berger, called >LIVE IN AIR YOU LOVE.
Sorry Sold out...
 Sorry Sold out...
This is the underside with its Camille Tharaud Limoges France markings from the least ajoured brass crown to the left.
This underside with markings belongs to the most ajoured brass crown, it has the initials TP.
On page 210 of Monsieur Gerald Vilcocq's book you can find several markings, also from Camille Tharaud, at the bottom.

That was it for todays boutique items.
Hope you liked the violets!

{LIVE IN AIR YOU LOVE}

The first Lampe Berger lamp was created in 1898 by Maurice Berger, a pharmacy dispenser, to purify the air in hospital wards. Lampe Berger, the leader in innovations for air care, cleans the room air by destroying unwanted odors and providing long-lasting fragrance, due to its exclusive diffusion system. By eliminating unpleasant smelling molecules (tobacco, cooking, etc.), Lampe Berger cleans the interior air of your home. This video will explain the use of Lampe Berger lamps which are available at my Zen Cart powered boutique on line: Spectrenoir. Look below for some samples of Antique and Vintage Lampe Berger and if you wish to have info on any one of them, let me know...

{Vintage French Limoges Lampe Berger by Camille Tharaud}

As promised on August 30, that I would list the other two rose enameled Lampe Berger lamps in about two weeks, here is finally the second one. From France again, comes this beauty of a Lampe Berger with an artful Anémones bottle, this time done by Camille Tharaud 1963-1971. On page 134 of the book Lampes Berger: A Century of History by Gérald Vilcocq you can read more about the history of Charles Ahrenfeldt and Camille Tharaud; as both have made this lamp. It is a stunning bottle and in perfect condition as well; complete with ajoured brass crown, snuff cap and burner wick. That is remarkable for such a lamp, being half a century old! This Camille Tharaud Limoges lamp is slightly taller than those with the same roses from Charles Ahrenfeldt. This was available at  my Zen Cart powered on line botuique: Mariette's Back to Basics.
Tomorrow's post, I will show you a video from Lampe Berger: LIVE IN AIR YOU LOVE.
Beautiful raised enamel work!
Anémones on page 134 of the book.
Anemone tomentosa Robustissima is the botanical name of these flowers.
Also called Japanese Anemone, Windflower.
Monsieur Gérald Vilcocq shows this on page 134 of his book.
A detail of the Anémones...
Part of the back side, beautiful detail too.
C Tharaud (for Camille Tharaud) with Limoges France and Berger made in France Limoges. All in gold with the initials CA to the side.
Sorry Sold out...

On the side of the brass neck is engraved: Made in France. And on the opposite side: Lampe Berger.

This is the book I got from publisher NOÈME
I could not scan that part, as this hard cover is too large, but it is written under the Lampe Berger at the bottom.
