But, let me show you first some info about their company nestled in Tuscany, Italy in the heart of Val di Chiana, between Arezzo and Siena. They manufacture silverware since 1972.

Giovanni Raspini is about my age and one day I hope to meet him in person and tour his fascinating silver workshop. Italy does have a soft spot in my heart as we both worked and lived there in the Venice area... Well, it makes you at times a bit homesick for several reasons. But having access to these treasures does more than make up for that.

You look wonderful and so lively!
It reminds me so much of my youth when I was taught all these things by my mother and grand-mother! It certainly is of great help when navigating in diplomatic circles like we did and I remember with much fun training my South African maids to serve properly at the table and so on and how some friends would be happy to take them on as we moved! LOL! These girls got paid a lot more and had good careers in those circles after that!!
But nowadays I am over with all this and enjoy the simple life, getting rid of anything unrelated to traveling and taking fauna pictures.... when I don't bugger my back so badly!! ;-)

Good for you for having trained your South African maids to be able to serve properly in diplomatic circles; you served them well! Yes, it does pay off in many ways as human beings still are being judged by mannerism; even if the leftist media makes it appear as being extinct... We know better!
