{French Floral Pillow Set and our Gazebo}

Well, with our Dutch guests arriving tomorrow, we have cleaned the inside of our home as well as the outside of our property.
The Vedder Estate looks Spic & Span.
Since the gazebo got a pressure wash treatment by husband Pieter, I am now able to show you this enchanting set of French pillows in a beautiful floral 100% cotton fabric.
On Zen Cart powered on line boutique: Mariette's Back to Basics (Sorry SOLD).
Perfect French Country Style gift!
Sold out...

Sitting here on the bench in the gazebo... waiting for their new owners.
Of course they're only out for taking the photo; neatly put up again!

Floral décor on those pillows looks very realistic!

Done with an invisible zipper insert; characteristic of some high end home décor.

Stepping back to show you our gazebo with the pond in the back.
It has some steps in the back, as our entire property is on a slope.
Our geraniums are not happy in the heat of summer with temperatures above 35°C...☼
The gazebo is also in Victorian style; like the house.
We used Vintage Woodworks for all the decorated wood.
After all, we do live in the State where Gone with the Wind is born...
See on my Atlanta's True South - Gone With The Wind for more info about Scarlett.
Gingerbread adornments make it a very romantic place to sit for a meal or tea/coffee.
A fan makes it comfortable. Also an electric grill is present.

View to the right of the gazebo, with our adjacent wood garden in the back.
Besides the weeping peach, you can see one of our wooden bridges taking you across the creek.
The creek divides our two lots and also runs in the back of the lot where the house is build on.

To the right of the Cat Wind Spinner you can see the second wooden bridge across the creek.
We have three in total.
All laid by handy-man Pieter; he's a true genius and if we had to have it done by others it would not have been affordable...
I am truly blessed with having such a great husband! But isn't it such, that with true love, one can move mountains?!

Now, the cat spinner again (find the link of those spinners in my blog about 'White Indian Jasmine the Queen of Flowers)
To the right you see the driveway.

Here we have come full circle, there are all the planters with the different jasmines from the above blog.
The shades in our veranda are down of course, with such heat, they insulate very well.

Now, going up the hill towards the street. Here you can see the gazebo still in the back.
The bay window is our breakfast area where we start our day off in the sun!
We that!
Actually we did search for finding a lot with the breakfast area being to the east...

Better view yet. Crocheted lace curtains are hand made by me... In an earlier post: {Tuesday May 4, dinner with friends} you can see more images from our veranda inside. On the entire window ledge around the veranda, we do have the KLM Royal Dutch Airlines' Delft blue houses lined up. See previous Post: KLM Royal Dutch Airlines miniature blue Delftware houses 1 to 90  about those. After all, we were in the air as International Consultants for 1,500.000 miles. We received the Royal Wing card and often got an upgrade to Business Class.

This is the design used for my business website; done by an Advertising company in Macon, Georgia.
To the right of my blog you can enter my website.
HHB did a great job, using our most favorite area of the house in order to create this logo.

  8. Liebe Mariette,
