We had a lovely weekend with dear friends. So things were really looking 'ROSY' for me. No, I'm not talking about the economy but about my crocheted rose filet cotton batiste blouse. The pattern appeared in Anna Burda magazine and I fell in love with it. So I bought the cotton batiste and some DMC nr 50 thread to crochet those romantic roses and sew this blouse. Voilà!
This is in the front porch on Sunday morning after Church, before calling Mom & Dad. That's our normal routine, over a cup of coffee we talk with them.

From the back it looks rosy too! Had to put my hair up so you could see those filet crochet roses...
For those of you who would like to copy this, here below is the pattern...
Some x's are missing to the left (lower part) but that is suppose to be a double row, just like the bottom outer edge. You can also make a doily out of it and sew some linen inside the center and make it square.
