Oh my, those Bernardaud pieces are so elegant and classy! My, I would never give them as a gift, lol...I would probably keep them. My DD's have other tastes and I know when they'll be our age, I bet they would fight for them...hehehe

DeleteYou are very right about that! We love ours, the votive roses and also the plug in from my last photo. So romantic! My Mom received on of those votive lithophanes, from our best friends when we all visited in The Netherlands.
My guess is that such timeless beauty will survive the generations as it never goes out of style!

DeleteVery nice porcelain roses and when lit up with the votive inside, in the evening, it looks very beautiful. The night light is not French made, but made in the USA and looks great as well. It does have a switch.
