Thanks so much for this recipe, ma chère Mariette. I love kale and can't wait to try this. I will definitely serve it with rice, but I think it will be wild rice and my chicken will be sautéed rather than nuggets. A crusty baguette will add the nugget crunch that goes so well with a dinner like this.

Tijdens de kookles op de huishoudschool zo'n 55 jaar geleden kreeg ik al te tip mee om scheutje azijn toe te voegen aan boerenkool voor smaak oppepper en dat doe ik nog altijd.
ReplyDeleteInmiddels is de heerlijke balsamico azijn en créme al jaren niet meer weg te denken uit mijn keukentje tijdens bereiding van recepten.
Sinds kort verkopen ze bij supermarkt ook baby boerenkool,zachte jonge blaadjes die lekker smaken in gemengde sla.
Heb nooit goed begrepen waarom veel mensen in Nederland hun neus ophalen bij boerenkool of spruitjeslucht,hier komen die gezonde groentes regelmatig op het bord en in de bereidingswijze zit zoveel variatie dat het nooit gaat vervelen.
