Already on May 11, our two Variegated Yucca Lilies showed their long stem with buds!
Anxious we were awaiting for those gorgeous Yucca Lilies to open up.
Those Yucca Lily Blooms were very rewarding to see on May 23, even in the rain...
Exciting view on May 11...
Both, pots and plants are from Home Depot.
A dreary, rainy day on May 23 but they still looked majestic!
They lovely flank our walkway to the front door.
Those rain drops even look pretty.
All photos are made by husband Pieter!
Waiting another day till May 24 but still rain...
In the background you see our Magnolia Grandiflora 'Namnetensis Flore Pleno' in full bloom also.
Still full with rain drops!
As backdrop you now see the other Magnolia Grandiflora and the road.
We sure hope they will bloom again and maybe the sun will shine!
Thanks for your visit and comment.
Beautiful flowers!

Majestic indeed. Your lilies look very unique and gorgeous, Mariette! It's been very wet year, isn't it? But your flowers and trees must be enjoying extra drink :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful new week, Mariette!
I have grown Yuccas but not like what you are showing. Pretty striped leaves and the flowers are just so lovely. I think I will put mine in a pot. I like that idea.

Your yuccas are beautiful in their pots! We used to have two huge yucca trees, very tall, but we took them out some years ago already as they became hard to take care of. We still have another one next to our parking gate, but I am always very careful as I had an accident in the past (I was lucky not to loose and eye.... Its flowers are always impressive!
ReplyDeleteHow do you keep yours from getting tall
