Amaryllis can be so REWARDING!
On April 3, I made this photo of our Amaryllis in the veranda.
It had three blooms on a rather thick stem!
You can see our Delftware houses on the ledge in the window.
A collection from KLM Royal Dutch Airlines over the years...
On April 16, this photo got taken.
After we'd returned from Charleston, a second stem had come up with three more huge blooms!
Amaryllis are so rewarding and we got this already for years, see links below post.

They are definitely very beautiful blooms! :)
ReplyDeleteDearest Tammy,
DeleteThey are regal looking huge blooms.
So glad that it blooms year after year, considering that it was a gift for my February Birthday in 2016.
Hugs,
Mariette
L'amarillis è un fiore molto bello.Sei brava a farlo rifiorire.Buona giornata.
ReplyDeleteCara Olga,
Abbracci,

Me gusta esa bella planta.
Abrazos,
Mariette
Goodness, it's truly stunning, Mariette! I've never had any luck with indoor flowering plants, except African violets in windows with the right light. But I've killed off more flowering plants than I care to admit. LOL.
ReplyDeleteDearest Kim,
DeleteAfrican violets are easy to grow but any plant needs light and not too much water and avoiding drought. It is like humans, we don't take our coffee once a week 'ALL' but in moderation and we too love sunshine 😉
Hugs,
Mariette
Beautiful flower.
ReplyDeleteDearest Anne,
DeleteThis Amaryllis sure is and oh so rewarding; showing its true happiness!
Hugs,
Mariette
Beautiful images, Mariette!
ReplyDeleteDearest Reader,

Gorgeous flowers!
ReplyDeleteDearest Martha Jane,
DeleteYes, they are and we enjoy them each year.
Hugs,
Mariette
Such a beauty Mariette - I've just planted all my amaryllis bulbs out into the garden for the summer - all bloomed these past few months in late winter indoors, sometimes they bloom yet again outside.
ReplyDeleteThis one is a lovely color.
Mary -
Dearest Mary,
DeleteThank you and yes, ours showed its beauty somewhat later than yours but oh, they perform so well.
Our Amaryllis Stargazer in the wood garden has not yet bloomed. It resides there permanently.
Hugs,
Mariette
Mariette
😘
